This is the third session of a four-session workshop is designed for individuals, families, friends, and caregivers navigating illness and the healthcare system.

Healthcare often leaves people feeling in the dark — unsure of what’s happening, what questions to ask, or how to make decisions with confidence. This series offers a calm, supportive space to better understand the illness journey, reduce overwhelm, and learn how to advocate effectively for yourself or someone you care about.

The sessions draw on the Seven Keys framework to support clarity, preparation, and dignity through illness and life transitions.
